Asset-Manager mit neuer Geschäftsführerin

Logistikimmobilien sind ein Angebot für institutionelle Anleger. Ein Frankfurter Asset-Manager für Core-Logistikimmobilien hat seine Geschäftsleitung jetzt mit einer erfahrenen Expertin verstärkt.

2015-12-14 (fw/db) Marion Schwarz (47) ist neu in die Geschäftsleitung von Palmira Capital Partners GmbH (Palmira) eingetreten. Die Diplom-Kauffrau (FH) verantwortet ab sofort die Bereiche Rechnungswesen, Controlling und Organisation bei dem auf Logistikimmobilien spezialisierten Investment- und Asset-Manager. Weitere Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung sind wie bisher die geschäftsführenden Gesellschafter Alexander Hoff und Mathias Leidgeb.

Marion Schwarz verfügt über 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Immobilienbereich. Vor ihrem Wechsel zu Palmira war sie für Fortress Germany Asset Management LLC seit 2011 als Head of Portfolio-Controlling tätig. Zuvor hatte sie den Aufbau einer Immobilienspezialfondsgesellschaft begleitet.

Palmira Capital Partners expands management board

2015-12-11 (fw/db) Marion Schwarz (47) has just joined the management board of Palmira Capital Partners GmbH (Palmira). Holder of a degree in business administration, she takes over immediate responsibility for accounting, controlling and organisation of Palmira, the investment and asset manager specialising in logistics properties. She joins the existing directors, managing partners Alexander Hoff and Mathias Leidgeb.

Marion Schwarz has 20 years' experience in the real estate sector. Before joining Palmira, from 2011 she was Head of Portfolio Controlling at Fortress Germany Asset Management LLC. Her previous responsibilities included the active organisation of a special real estate fund company.
